We recently traveled to London and Paris from Florida. This product kept the insulin cold for over 48 hours. It is compact enough to easily carry it in your backpack. It made it thru customs and TSA with no problems. Only had to show proof of prescription once in London. Very good storage for insulin while traveling. The hotels put the gel pack in their freezer and we kept the canister in the room refrigerator.

It is a tube with ice. The design is good and will hold one of my pens.It was bigger than I expected but it kept my pen cold during my travel even with the 4-hour delay it was still cold.I wish it had been smaller but it did what it promised at a good price.

This this is AMAZING and does what it says. I flew from US to Philippines and it was 25 hours all the way. I had my med in it that needed to stay cold. When I got to my destination the ice pack was still partially frozen and meds were nice and chilled. TSA had no problem with it and security was easy. Recommend this for anyone needed to transport meds that need to remain cool!!
