I have a deep voice and a life long problem with people not being able to hear me when I'm talking on the phone. I work remote a lot and I need something for calls/meetings that I can use to jump between multiple devices. I hate trying to have long conversations on my phone. Bluetooth devices are mediocre for voice call. For me it's boom mic or bust. Tried it out with my 2020 Macbook M1 and Windows 10 PC, via the 3.5mm jacks and my iPhone 12 Pro. (It will work with your iPhone if you get a 3.5mm to Lightning connector.) Each time it worked immediately without any issues. If you use the USB adapter you'll still be good, but some programs might need a little nudge to get up and running. Call quality was excellent. Had a friend use it and speak extremely quietly and it picked it up no problem. Very happy with the mic on it. Sound quality for music is really, REALLY good. I have a pair of $400 Sony XM4 and if I had to use this headset exclusively I wouldn't be that bumped. It's got good thump and does an excellent job canceling out exterior noise without that uncomfortable vacuum seal some headphones do. I tested it out with my guy Jay Qwest's new album "For Love" on Spotify. I tried multiple genres and it's very balanced and extremely clear. I did not expect this from a $30 set. My only complaints: My head is not small, and if it was juuuust a little bigger that would be good. I've been wearing it a while and its not uncomfortable, but just a little buffer would be good. If you want a device to jump between Mac/PC/mobile phones with ease, you want excellent voice call quality, and you want nearly elite music headphones to boot, and you want to save $100 over a higher priced pair, here it is. This is the one.

I purchased this headset as my very first set for working from home. So far I love it! I usually have a hard time finding similar things to fit my head comfortably, and that don't squeeze my ears so bad. These are beyond comfortable, they don't hurt at all, and stay in place so well. The sound quality is very smooth, it doesn't crackle at all. On the microphone side I've been told the sound is crystal clear with very little background noise. I've tested it around my kids and the other person was able to hear and understand everything I said. The adapters for 3.5m, usb, and c-port make this headset that much better. All 3 have worked flawlessly including the volume, and mute controls. Over all for a lower priced headset it's great for a beginner in the work from home field, I've even used it for my phone.

Working from home office I frequently attend or facilitate group meetings and presentations online. I tried this headset since it was not expensive and I was pleased with my purchase. The sound quality is good and clear and feedback from those who heard me speak was positive saying I was heard clearly and with good volume. I would wear them a good portion of most days and they did not create hot spots or become uncomfortable. The controller was easy to use for adjusting volume and muting when needed.

This is my second pair in the past 12 months. I am brutal on headsets, so I think 12 months is beyond excellent. My favorite part of these is that I can input I to both my computer to have web-based meetings and I can easily switch over and use on my cell phone. I am not using my cell phone a lot for business calls, but when I do, I love that I can be hands free and I can actually hear clearly the other person. Sound canceling? Absolutely! A small problem I have at the moment is that the headset is so comfortable that after a meeting I forget to take them off. But then I don't notice my dog whining to go to the bathroom. They do block out about 60% of the white noise I have in my house.

I have a pretty narrow head. Not like pin head status but a bit skinny. This headset pinches the tops of my ears something fierce and I really can't tolerate wearing it without a decent level of discomfort/pain for more than an hour or so. It's missing the ability to elongate the top of the headset or tilt the ear muffs vertically to a comfortable position. One of the two would solve the discomfort for sure, but this has neither of which that are sufficient enough to provide relief. Aside from that, it's a decent headset. Noise canceling mics often sound like crap but you could be running in the wind or walking next to a busy road, driving a truck etc. and the other person will barely have an idea that any of that is happening. The audio with my voice comes through clear, though low quality from the cheap noise cancelation aspect, so while it works, this isn't a broadcast quality mic by any means. I can recommend this but if you get it and your ears hurt, return it. There are plenty of other headsets like this that do the job without that negative side effect.

I bought this from my work laptop to be on Zoom calls. It works great in fact it’s such a great item that my son took it over.

Update: The company quickly fixed the issue of the missing adaptors, much more to my satisfaction than Amazon was going to. I would now rate this as a 4.5-4.8 Star product now. The only reason it is not a 5 star review is due to having the intial problem in the first place. I needed this for online meetings. Sound quality is good, just very disappointed that it did not ship with what it was supposed to.....when I called to resolve this and just ask that these be sent to me, I was given the run around and told that I would need to return the whole thing for the issue to be fixed. As I bought these because I needed a headset to use, this did not work for me. The headset works fine with just the 3.5mm Jack, but it would be nice to have the USB attachment for the phone that it was supposed to come with and also the volume control.

Ho comprato queste cuffie per l'università e mi sto trovando molto bene, il suono dal microfono è nitido e non distorce nessuna frequenza e anche gli altoparlanti fanno il loro lavoro. Dopo un po' si potrebbe provare un leggero fastidio alle orecchie non essendo una cuffia che "ci gira attorno" ma si appoggia all'orecchio. A parte questo piccolo particolare, sono molto comode e utili.
