What's it with cats and cardboard?Fortunately the secondary inner scratcher was available for Pumpkin. Eggs called dibs on larger piece.Included was some catnip. its ok but definitely not as great as I would have expected for 20 bucks-my cats are average size cats and if I remove the middle piece to put treats or toys in it as is suggested, it collapses under their weight (and they are not big cats at all) it is much smaller than I expected and my cats who usually love any box scratcher type things hardly want anything to do with it unless I cover it in catnip evertime-maybe good for other small cats or kittens but Im disappointed personally-I wish I would have got the 10 dollar one I usually get that they love instead but was trying to give them a special treat...so much for that

As others have said, these are small for large cats, but my 3 ten pounders love them! Their bodies hang off the sides when they are on top, but that does not bother them at all. They like digging into the cardboard. I do have to clean up after them but that is the price of having cats. I’d rather they tear this up then my curtains! It is well worth the cost. And when they wear this set down to the nub I’ll buy them some more!

My two cats, J-Bud & Jazzy loved the GoPets wedge shaped scratcher with the 2 hole (cutouts) in it, for toy storage or to hide treats. Well I got them this Infinity cat scratcher for another room, so they can scratch on. They both like scratching on this Infinity shape, (different from the wedge.) In fact, Jazzy likes when I take out the center part of the Infinity, so she can lie on it, look beautiful, and lounge/roll around on it,(sometimes she's half on half off of it.) I think the reason why she really loves it, is because it's her size, small. And her brother J-Bud, likes the bigger one. Another great product for cats to scratch instead of your furniture. My cats all love to scratch at this for at least a few minutes per day. They also will lay on it and watch out the world through the windows or sleep.When they do scratch it, eventually the cardboard begins to break down and leave small bits of cardboard remnants to be swept up. That's more pleasant than wear and tear on my furniture though.Eventually a hole wears through it or the glue breaks down completely and we have to toss it out, only to order another one.We do currently have three in our condo, one for each floor. It's a good value for the cost and lasts over 6 months with six adult cats living here, all with claws.

My cats love this! I actually bought it mostly for one, but all of them love it! Will be buying it again when this one us all clawed up. With 4 cats, and having it exactly a month, I'd guess it's about 1/4 of the way used.Update: purchased December 1, 2016, guessing it arrived the 3rd, with Prime shipping. Finally threw the shredded remains out March 1st. Just ordered a new one. Lasted about 2 1/2 months for 4 cats, one that used it a few times, 2 used it maybe 3 times a week, and then the fourth that used it daily. Several times a day. And night. The only complaint I have is near the end, the cat was shredding it, and the mess was a pain. But, the boxes she shreds do the same thing, so it's more of a complaint about the cat :)

This is the 2nd scratcher I've bought! I put it down on the floor and within 1 minute my male cat scratched for several long seconds ,,, then laid on it like it was a throne! I put the box it came in on the floor and that's where the other cat sat and watched Mr. cat on his throne. Both of my cats love this. I took the middle scratcher out and put it in a different room. I put a little of the cat nip on both pieces off and on for a few days. It seemed like it made a difference the first week ... then they didn't seem to care if it was there or not. It took them at least 2 months to destroy the first scratcher I bought. I'll be very happy if this one does the same!

OK, it's a scratcher. It's corrugated cardboard. The only real difference between this one and any other is the shape and side decoration, which in this case is pretty cute. Either your cats love them or ignore them. Mine seem to love them. I have them all over the house as an alternative to destroying the furniture. In my case, the scratchers have reduced wear and tear on the upholstery quite a bit. The nice thing about these Premium Cat Scratchers is they aren't ugly. Actually, they're kind of cool looking, so I can put them in full view and not be too embarrassed. Also they aren't overly expensive.
