JOBST Relief Knee High Compression Socks, Closed Toe

I've worn support hose for over forty years that does not make me an expert on support hose but, I have learned a thing or two. This item is very thin material, and I find it hard to believe that it is 20-30mm. Plus after using the guide of what size to order on the website these hose will not stay up. After waring a new pair right of the box and then playing 9 holes of golf both legs of these hose were down around my ankles. Not much support with them like that. They have been returned and will not be replace with any other item from this manufacture especially at $50.00 a pair.

The stockings are good quality and the length is OK. The problem is that the foot part seems to ride up and becomes tight after an hour or so of walking around. As the foot portion begins to pull upward, it squishes my toes together. I found myself pulling at the toe portion of the stocking to loosen its grip. As a result, I have developed ingrown toe nails and had to cut the front toe portion of the stocking out to relieve the pressure it was causing on my toes. I now have a couple of pair of these expensive compression hose with the toes cut out. Not worth the price if you have to do the same.

I've tried some of the cheap alternatives and they didn't work at all. These make a big difference. They keep the swelling under control.

I found these to be very uncomfortable. They were falling from the top and too tight at the ankle. I have bought them before and had no problem very disappointed and I really would like to return these.

These socks are wonderful. I just needed longer fit for my husband.
