Nice and suitable for floor cleaning
Fresh cleaning if u add some fragrance with the water, easy to assemble

Not satisfied with the item!
Stopped working after couple of time, now have to go through the hassle to send it back. Very disappointed from a brand like black and decker to manufacture something like this! Absolute waste of time and money. The cable is also very short so you need a very long extension cable or many plugs in the house!

Good product but not for me
This product is good but I had to return it since I needed some deep cleaning not a steam cleaner.

Buy it!
Great buy, the only downside is that it isn’t wireless!!! But other than that, it’s amazing. Leaves the house extremely clean and disinfected.

Defective product received
I have viewed many videos about this product on YouTube to get a clear understanding of how exactly this product works and whether it’s suitable for me. The product I received leaks as I mop and doesn’t work properly. It seemed like a used and rejected product instead of a brand new one. Be careful when you buy online. I’ll probably get this one from an outlet.
