it works well physically but cannot get the service to work w/ the sim card i bought w/ it even after activating it.

I ordered it for my daughter and she likes it a lot. This is a very good in quality with so many features. Really worth for money.

Instructions are virtually non existent on this watch. Advertisement does not specify you must purchase a 3 g sim card. Warning; Watch when items are listed as bundle together. That is how I purchased the wrong 4g card . I thought since they were bundled watch + Sim card that the Sim card would be correct. No it is not. If you purchase this watch purchase a 3g sim card. Not a 2, or a 4 but a 3g. Not sure if I can get it to work.. Plan to buy a 3g will update my review when i have done that.

purchased this for my 5 year old daughter. Her math tutoring center has restrictions in place due to the pandemic that prevent me from waiting in the waiting room m. I feel so relieved knowing she has a way to contact me and I can ensure she is safe when she is at her classes. no more constantly begging mom and dad for their cell phones, Pink is her favorite color, so she loves the design. I also relieved the watch the day after I ordered it - I couldn't believe how fast it arrived! I recommend this to parents who want peace of mind in knowing their kids are safe when they are away for whatever reason. Also the amazing features is water proof.
