Doesn't cut straight
Can't get it to cut straight at all and the rollers leave marks. I have loosened and tightened..nothing seems to work right..so I waste alot of material..don't waste your money on this

Program that comes with plotter doesn't list model I have. No help
No help, no model listed with the software that comes with it... no customer service, no answers through the seller. I might just sell this model or return and go back to my normal plotter site. This is ridiculous...

Doesn't work.
I tried for 2 days to get this machine to cut. Watched all the tutorials and still wouldn't cut. So I returned cost me over 100 to ship back.

Vendor 34” Vinyl Cutter - Problem with Advancing to Registration Marks
The media could not be loaded. I was so ready to make stickers but the cutter was not responding well to the Sign Masters Software. It would not advance to the registration marks.
