Not sure how this got such good reviews, because out of the box I was not impressed. The whole zapper felt cheaply made and had very little weight to keep it upright in a windy situation.Unfortunately I couldn't use it because it blew up when I turned on for the first time. There was a loud pop and the smell of burning circuitry. Returning for a refund.

Anyone who says this doesn’t work doesn’t have a bug problem. It works so well that the entire surface is covered every morning. Pictured is just the bugs zapped from the past few nights.I would love if this had a timer so I wouldn’t have to unplug it every morning and plug it back in at night. It would also be cool if it were solar powered. And I hate that I have to slam it on the ground every day to get the bugs off.It works. It’s a little pricey. There is definitely room for improvement.

First unit I ordered worked great, slaughtering bugs nonstop but randomly died after a week. However, this Company has amazing Customer service and quickly contacted me and shipped a replacement at no cost and even after refunded from first. Currently working perfect and super easy to clean out.

The unit was delivered and out of the box it worked. The box it was delivered in was bruised and I was concerned the product would be damaged it was not. The biggest disappointment was the 3 foot cord. The instructions recommend hanging it at least 6 feet off the ground therefore you must use an extension cord. A 6 to 10 foot cord would have been nice.

Bought to replace another zapper I’d purchased some to ago. This one is worthless for fruit flies. They were having a party on it. Plugged in my old one and it immediately started a fireworks bonanza from all the zaps. Guess I’ll stick with the old one and return this “zapper”.

Hate to write a negative review but this unit is absolutely useless. My home is spotless but during the summer and fall, flies get into my home. I had high hopes but this unit does absolutely nothing. In the months I've had it, it zapped one fly, that's all.

We have a lot of mosquitos cause we have a lot of trees and we live in the country side.. it only zapped a few mosquitos and I can still see more flying on us. I was going to return but they gave me few days to return it. Supposed to be within 30 days w the purchased.. I got so busy now the few days had elapsed😳

Recently, there are a lot of mosquitoes and flies in my backyard. Each time the back door opened, it flies in and bit everyone in the family. To prevent flies inside the house, I brought this bug zapper and it trigger the bugs perfectly from 360 angle all around the light. No dead angels. The dead insect bodies will be collected in the tray and it was easy to clean up. Happy with bugs free home.
