The actual capacity measured by charging the bank from fully discharged to fully charged state was about 16000mAh (way below the advertised 20100mAh).UPDATE:The manufacturer/seller got back to me and pointed out that the 20100mAh capacity is at 3.7V (which actually can be deducted from the stated 74.37Wh capacity: 74.37Wh / 20.1Ah = 3.7V). This means that the bank's _internal_ capacity at 5V is 20100mAh * 3.7V / 5V = 14874mAh. Given that I measured the charging of the bank via USB (i.e. at 5V) and it consumed about 16000mAh, the charging circuit efficiency should be about 14874 / 16000 = 93%, which is ok (the best ones have 98% efficiency). I did not measure the discharging circuit, but I would expect something similar. With that I'm changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. I personally think that at the very least all vendors should use Wh instead of mAh to specify the capacity of the bank in the title. This way we could compare the internal power banks' capacities regardless of what power elements are used inside. And it would be even better to know the efficiency of the charging and especially discharging circuits. Until then I refuse to give 5 star rating to any power bank vendor.

It's really rugged and holds a lot "juice." I use it on the job site too power both my phone and bluetooth speaker. I don't even have to charge it all week. I use it an average of 30-35 hrs per week on one charge.

Holds up well.
Is it waterproof? I dropped it in a river with the waterproof cap off. It did discharge. Took it home, put it in a bag with some rice, three days later it took and held a full charge. Can't beat that! The plug is recessed for the waterproof cap. Found that my rechargeable camp lights plug won't clear the edge. Got a male-female adapter. All is well.OUTXE sent me a new unit to check out. The water resistant cap fits far tighter and the lock on the cap has a much more noticeable "click" when you have it locked.Holds its charge and will charge pretty much everything. Charged my I6, camp light and camera and didn't put out the second light!

Great baseload battery pack for off-grid activities/living.
Fantastic battery pack; keeps my phone, tablet, and hotspot going paired with a RavPower 16W folding panel. I've tested all the companies claims regarding capacity, charging rate, and water/dust/shock resistance; they are all true but the pack is ONLY waterproof while the little USB door is closed. Not actually waterproof while in-use, ports are either all exposed or all protected. I like that the hinge is actually a rubber/silicone strap: the door will still function even when/if the hinge fails. Hinge strap is not part of the seal so the battery will still be waterproof in the event of a failure. Bolts are actual stainless steel and actually hold the unit together, not just decorative plastic on a glued case. Unit is technically serviceable but sense and skill are required. I'd like to see separate doors for all ports and gaskets on the main battery unit so cables form the same seal as the door. Can't charge the battery while in-use which is not a necessary feature but would be nice to start topping up the battery as soon as devices are finished charging without any user interaction.

Battery Won't Charge but Problem Made Right
I've had this power bank for about 6 months and while it's been super convenient for charging all my electronics when at the beach or on backpacking trips, it no longer charges. I've tried using different cables and adaptors with no luck. Though it says this product has a warranty, there isn't a website to file a claim.Edit 7/5/17:I was contacted immediately after posting this review by the Outxe customer service team. They let me know that they are in the process of building a website now and sent me a replacement battery pack free of charge. Great customer service!

Worth every penny
I had originally given this product 1 start due to the fact it didn’t work for me when I needed it. The company was quick to reach out and offer me a new seeing as mine was probably defective. After agreeing to the replacement I was a bit apprehensive and didn’t want to get my hopes up. After 3 days I had my new one and let me tell you I was pretty embarrassed i had written just a poor reviews prior. The pack is super sturdy and it last days even weeks depending on the usage. I took it on a charter boat and rain 6 hours of film while it charged 2 go pros simultaneously. I was empresses with the fact that it only dropped down to 1 of the 4 led lights that indicate how much barge it has and still I was able to get a few more hours charging my phone before it got to half charge. I do a lot of hiking and fishing this pack it perfect to me and I’m actually lending it to my lifing coach because he is going to bike the Great Allegheny Passage and I trust in believe he will be able to get there and back in 3 days without an issue.

Great for kids traveling with sports
Bought 2 of these for my boys at Christmas, they use it a LOT! I have one son in college and one that does a lot of sports. It comes in very handy when they travel away for sporting events when they are stuck on the bus. Good product for the price

Its really very very rugged and sturdy, and the flashlight included is quite strong
Its really very very rugged and sturdy, and the flashlight included is quite strong. The charge time took forever to complete, like 12hs or so, but then again, its a 20000mahMy only downside would be the size. I had the impresion it was smaller/thinner but its quite bulky and it ended up being excesive battery power for my day to day needs.
