I used the Wagner Steamer yesterday for the first time cleaning the leather seats in our car, as well as, the floor mats. Used distilled water in the tank, waited 10 minutes for the unit to heat up, and voila!, it worked great cleaning the seats and mats, as well as hard to get to crevices and vents. So far I am very pleased with the performance of the steamer in terms of steam heat level, consistency of steam, and the portability of the unit.If I had one complaint it would be that the unit could use some buttons on the handle to control steam velocity. As of now, you get one level of steam, period. It would be nice to be able to control that for different applications.I would definitely recommend this product.

Works really well and super impressed by how clean it got my linoleum floor and fabric armchair. Super quiet and the only smells are from whatever is getting cleaned; I think my husband likes it more than I do lmao. And lightweight too!

The tank to put the water in is actually really big especially for the size! I expected to fit maybe 2 bottled waters into the tank but it took 3 with ease and did not want to push it but I feel it could’ve taken 4-5! I was shocked especially with how small it was! The extra long hose made it so easy to get to everything without moving the actual machine around! It’s light even with all the water in it! Has a long cord to plug into an outlet or extension cord! There is no smell to it weirdly enough! It pulled touch stains up for the seat belts and even restored some fading plastic! Super hot and is very powerful! I 100% believe this was worth the money and then some!!

I had purchased a Bissell handheld steamer last year to remove PPF from my car. I had only used it once and it worked fine for that project and if I never used it again I got my monies worth out of it. However I got a notice from Amazon that the product was recalled and contacted Bissell and was given a full refund. I would have exchanged it for another product from them but they no longer had a similar model. I was happy with the handheld but it did have some downsides. It only held enough water for 5-6 minutes of use and although it was not heavy using it for an hour was really tiring. I searched Amazon and any number of similar type handhelds are available for ~$50 and planned to buy one when I happened on the Wagner.Its twice as much but a game changer. The tank is much larger and it works for 30 minutes before you have to add water. You have to pause, an orange light comes on to let you it need to build up steam, but even then it still works. The tank is on wheels and the handle is on a hose and very light and easy to use. Comes with multiple attachments for different jobs. I tried it on the grout in the tile kitchen floor and it removed built up grime with ease. See the before and after picture.Amazing tool and well worth the extra money you would spend on a handheld.

I have to say this unit is powerful. I cleaned my headliner on my truck, and it did a great job. It does spit water out when you press the trigger on initial start. Thats just from steam build up in hose. The material I cleaned felt dry when I was done. It does take 10 minuets to heat water up and I do recommend using distilled water to avoid any mineral buildup.

I was looking for something to "detail" the inside of a car I just bought. The seats are light, and came dirtier than I'd expected. This little thing worked like a dream. I ended up cleaning out my entire car. The different attachments are very handy. Although, I ended up just using a couple. I will say I wish the brush attachments were a little more sturdy. After once use I could definitely use new ones.It does take some time for the water to heat up. I ended up using that time to vacuum out my car. By the time I was finished I was ready to use the steam cleaner. It took about 15 20 minutes to heat up. One full tank ALMOST did the job. I ended up having to refill the reservoir once to finish the front of my SUV. The water didn't take as long to heat up the second time around.If you have extra towels. Use them. I ended up buying a pack of 50 terrycloth towels. I'd say I used 10 to clean the entire inside of my car. Including the upholstery.All in all I'd say it was worth the money. I can see myself using this to do some deep cleaning inside the house, or detailing the other cars we have. Super handy, easy to use. Cord was more than gracious in length. Attachments were perfect. Especially for the tight nooks, and crannies. The unit itself is extremely light weight, easy to carry. I also love the little storage container on the front. I will most definitely be suggesting this to people looking for something easy to use to for steam cleaning.

I purchased this because I read great things. Packaging looked great, nothing looks used. I use only distilled water in my steamers and I clean it before the first use. Initially, I was very happy because it was a bunch of nice and dry steam. Once I started cleaning, I noticed something wrong. It wasn’t cleaning. I mean barely.. I felt like I was cleaning with just water. To my surprise, I was! I measured the steam output and it was 93 degrees. I cautiously put my hand it front and it belt felt warm haha. Everything seems to be working fine though so I did the vinegar cleanse as instructed. Maybe there was scale buildup even after first use. No change after. Peaked at 98 degrees. I decided to order a replacement because it was defective. I ended up having the same issue as the first. No hot steam. I started to question if I was doing anything wrong. I read the entire manual, cleaned out both units, and tried again. No change, no heated steam. I decided to contact the manufacture at 4PM central today (Friday). I was disappointed when I got an automated message saying they are only open M-F from 8:30am - 4:30pm CENTRAL. I was confused but they closed 30 minutes early on a Friday. Now I have two useless machines that I happened to need for this weekend. Perfect timing.. I’m probably not going with Wagner products anymore. Thankfully Amazon has an excellent return policy.
