No result at all after I used 2 bottles with strict diet. Representative said I have to exercise too.I use this medicine instead exercise 😁, but it doesn't serve the purpose.

I see other reviews saying it doesn't work, but it works for me. I don't use it in the way prescribed on the bottle. when I feel hungry typically around breakfast or lunch. I take about 10 drops basically one pinch from the dropper. then the hunger goes away. I only eat dinner now. I've been taking it 5 days and lost about 5 lbs. That said some of that is probably having less overall food sitting in my body for essentially doing OMAD.
