Live data graphing capability.The CJ4 is able to retrieve generic and global diagnostic data from all OBDII compliant vehicles, model years 1996 thru 2009. It retrieves diagnostic information from Powertrain systems, engine data and transmission DTCs. Generic diagnostic information includes clear and retrieve Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)P0, P1, P2, P3, U0 and U1, turn off MIL light, vehicle ID, Freeze Frame Data, generic live data, readiness status, Oxygen sensors and Mode 6 data. The 9240-IR package includes the SHARK module which allows the CJ4 scantool to retrieve enhanced data from vehicles. The enhanced data relates to manufacturer specific information and is vehicle dependant. Below is a listing of the included functionality and coverage in the current software version.
