Makes good espresso, but expensive. The unit came packed upside down, the bean container cover/cap was broken. Wrote to supplier immediately there is still no response after a week. Guess support will be worst. Paid at least 25K more for this machine, similar machine available on Amazon - Budan Espresso Machine for under 40k. Edit: I purchased cafe birraio machine which is excellent in every term. Thanks Amazon for great service. Seller was not able to solve problem. Returned it. No after sales support. No support from seller or intermediate platform. If it fails you are at your own. My machine failed in 3 months. Most important: If you are buying this just remember you are on your own as there is no seller support post sales and they don’t have any idea what’s going on and they don’t reply as well. So warranty looks like on papers only, and looks there will not be any support if anything happens. This is one of the worst performing espresso machine. Highly overpriced. Steam pressure is very low, You don’t get well frothed milk. It need a 20-25 minute break after 2 cup of coffee because it’s boiler gets over heated.

If you are very much into the COFFEE you should buy a separate grinder and still save more than 50% of what this machine is because even at the lowest grind settings i.e. 1 will not give you the desired espresso out of it. No doubt this is good for an espresso ONLY. Hope this helps..

Muy buena pero hay que estar pendiente que venga completa la caja en mi caso faltaron varios accesorios pero el servicio de atención al cliente de delonghi fue muy atento se tardaron dos semanas pero me evitaron todos los accesorios faltantes sin coste

An sich für den Preis eine gute Maschine aber mich nervt der viel zu kleine siebträger. Er lässt sich nur schwer ausklopfen. Ein 58er ist einfach wesentlich besser
