My husband and I love liquid products because you receive the best for you body to receive the best bioavailability to your body. You need calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D for strong bone and you will fell the fast absorbing in a liquid product then anything else on the market. We have beenBuying this Trace Minerals product for years. I just had my bone density test and the Dr. Could not believe for my age test result. This is my 2nd or 3rd bottle. Originally purchased it in a local vitamin store. This product is the only way to get your essential minerals without having to swallow a horse pill (or three). Start slow as suggested and/or take half a dose every other day. None of the flavors are bad but I prefer Pina Colada. I will continue to use this product (though how do any of us really know if any vitamin product is absorbed in our systems without a blood test!)

I wonder if those who said taste awful also felt bitter chalky taste. Product may he great ad many described in comments, but it literally makes me nauseous bc of the sweet flavor WITH the bitter gagging 🤢 taste. I don’t know it the product has to be tasting like it does bc of the mineral blend OR may be my product is defecting. I hope its not and I don’t have to call poison control... no seriously. I am really puzzled with the product’s taste... 🤷

I have used this product for many years. Occasionally, I compare it to other similar products and come away confident I've made the right choice.

The taste is awful, I definitely won't buy this again. The price was decent, had I known how bad the flavor was, I would've paid more and bought the tropical oasis or vital earth.
