Bought to make a gas fire pit. It's going to be a good one.

The flame on this is awesome! We have it hooked up to a 3/4” gas line so there is plenty of gas to light the flames. Delivery was great. I only gave 4 stars because it has an annoying whistle when the gas is turned up. On low the whistle is not really noticeable but then the flames are small and not warming really at all. I read a review somewhere that they had a whistle and drilled the holes bigger and it stopped. I’m going to try to do that so hopefully it improves!

Installed this with a no whistle flex gas line. The local fireplace store didn't even want to sell me any of this stuff, so their price would have likely been out of line as well. Recommended if you have a smaller fireplace like me, and follow the rule of thumb to keep the flame 2 or three inches from the sides.

Works fine, but whistles. The price was great, so it's still a bargain. This doesn't come with any fittings, so make sure you have what you need to install, or buy a kit.

Shipping was fast. Had my propane company hook it up so I don't have no gas leaks and put in my fireplace right. I have a prefab fireplace that burns wood also. Unit throws a lot of heat and flames get pretty high. Well design unit. After it is off and gas off takes a few minutes to cool. Just use a little gas to light it. Be careful. Overall good buy.

Built my own gas fire pit for a fraction of the cost. Very nice quality burner. Flame shown is at half flow, gets pretty big at full.

It may be the medium I am using (broken glass) or the size of my pan, but the flames were not consistent. Maybe too many holes. Otherwise, it looks good.

This item is of very high quality and value for the money paid.
