Working perfectly.
The gauge arrives with no Teflon tape, so you’ll need to use your own. I put three wraps around the threads, and screwed it in. The whole replacement operation took about 40 seconds, and I was in business. My filter is a Sta-Rite PLM-150, and this fits perfectly. The outside diameter of the copper/brass, threaded part of this gauge is 0.54” or roughly ½” in diameter. This is called a ¼” NPT fitting, not a ½” NPT fitting. I know, it’s confusing, but the product page mentions ½” NPT, and this is not, it’s ¼” NPT.This works well, and the price is right. I’ll buy another when the need arises, and update this review.Hope this helps.

Not as described
I bought this for my pool pump. The picture shows the threading on the bottom of the gauge. When I received it, the threading was on the back of the gauge. This allows the gauge to be pointed at the sun all the time, more difficult to read because you have to stand over top the pump, and builds up condensation within the gauge. I returned it and was sent another gauge and it was the same thing. By this time, I had to put something in the hole so I went ahead and put it on anyway. The price was great so I wasn't going to send it back again. Do not like it mounted this way. Is not as described in the picture.

As good as the name brand equivalents at less than half the price
I've had this for several months now and am perfectly happy with it. I'm especially happy that it cost less than half of the name brand equivalents. I took the cover off this and compared it to my old Hayward gauge. It is nearly identical inside. Some have complained of moisture collecting inside the dial. This is because none of these gauges are sealed at the bottom - including the Hayward. If you mount it upright on your filter, it is not a problem. But if you side mount it on the multiport, yeah, over time they all collect some moisture and other gunk. When I took the cover off the Hayward, it was filled with cobwebs and dirt. After cleaning it out, the old Hayward worked fine again. Both the new and the old gave the same correct pressure readings. So while you may not need a new gauge, you will probably want one to confirm the pressure is reading correctly after cleaning. And at this low price, it's probably not worth the effort to clean the old one.
