LIGHTAILING Light Set for Porsche 911 Building Blocks Model - Led Light Kit Compatible with Lego 10295(Not Include The Model)

I got my husband the Lego Porsche for Christmas and he had a fit - so when I saw the light kit right around Valentine’s Day I knew that had to be his next gift. He was so excited and put these in immediately. It looks great, and he shows it off to everyone who comes over now like a kid 😂

I completed this whole project in roughly 45 minutes. I gave up on the instructions and just attempted it using my best judgment which seems to be the best approach. Following the instructions calls for too many steps that require you to disassemble the model when you can successfully hide the wires just as well doing it your own way. The wires they provide have plenty of length to go at it any way you’d like. The only thing that seemed particularly annoying to me besides the instructions was how awfully tangled it was when I opened it out of the package. As fragile as the wires are, having them come tangled together seemed like a disaster waiting to happen.

The media could not be loaded. This will frustrate you when the entire Lego falls apart. Take your time! It’s worth it. Don’t turn it on till you’re done ;)

Installed as per the directions. The wires were run in the areas given by the directions. Checked lights prior to installation and they all worked. Upon completion and placing the battery pack into the car. Closing a door cut a wire and the headlights now do not work. The rest of the lights are great and look nice. Just be careful the wires are very thin.

My husband loved them as a gift for his LEGO Porsche.

Looks really good when finished but very fiddly to run the very thin wires around the car and the instructions are the best and difficult to put into practice.
