Are all of the knives full tang?

Amazon might have updated the description but it now says, "Each knife incorporates full-tang construction for superior strength and is taper ground to a razor's edge from high carbon 420 stainless steel." I'd like to assume when they say "each knife incorporates full-tank" that they mean all the knives.

Are the blades Also made of high Carbide steel?

The blade are 420J2 Stainless Steel.

It states that the item is in stock, but delivery date states it will be end of january or first of february. i need for christmas!
