I've been suffering from poor digestion for years trying everything from exercises, diet change, drinking 2l of water and taking digestive supplements etc. which nothing really helping. I suffered from bloating which gave me a look of someone 9months pregnant, heartburn and stomach pains. Then I realized that I might be missing some of digestive enzymes and found these pills. They are a game changer. Don't get me wrong, if I eat a wrong food I will still get some symptoms of bad digestion, but overall everything improved. I use toilet 2-3 times a day, I don't have this feeling of heaviness and my stomach is much more flatter as it should be for someone who go to gym 5-6 times a week. Now I'm on second pack of the pills and will definitely continue.

Seems good. But not been taking for long. HVe stopped taking priobiotics. I think these do a better job, then taking 5 million good bacteria. Better for me anyways.

There are some really positive reviews for this product but unfortunately, it didn't suit me. Definitely worth a try but on this occasion, I've had to revert to my original brand.

It is like sugar pills.
