I don’t think you can use this product for that purpose unless the golf club head is just for decoration. I believe that by using the golf club this paint will chip off. You might want to contact the manufacturer to be sure.

Can this be used on UV resin?

Resin repels water . This is a water based paint. It will not be durable on a resin surface.

Can this particular brand be used on Leather? Ty

Yes, acrylic paint is used on leather. I'm not sure if this particular brand is best for your project though. If it’s an important piece you may want to check out some videos for specific advice on how to get the consistency right for permanent adhesion etc.
