This is my "go to" when it comes to complete nutrition products
I have tried a number of so-called "complete nutritional" products over the last few years, and Mana was one of the first ones I tried about 5 years ago, and then never tried again. But recently I tried Mana again, and when I compare to the other products from various other companies I find Mana ticks the most boxes for me.Ingredients - there is clearly a lot of science that goes into Mana Powder, in order to make this one of the few "genuine" meal replacement products. This really could replace all your meals *(although, in fairness that would be a bit dull). The point is it genuinely provides all the nutritional requirements your body needs. So as a complete nutritional product or even a meal replacement product - job done. Check the Mana website for the science and philosophy behind the product.Taste - rather than be a "Jack of all trades" Mana have focussed on just 2 flavours - the Origin (a mild vanilla taste) or the Choco. The Origin is meant to be plain, thus allowing you to add different ingredients like fruit etc - (they even provide interesting menu suggestions on how you can jazz up the Mana). The odd thing is for all its "plain, slight vanilla" flavour - I really like it. It is not trying to be anything else or hide flavours by overcompensating with sweetness or fancy flavours. And for that reason, I find it easy to drink. The Choco , is, er, chocolatey - and very nice too.Price - Mana is very competitive in terms of price (esp compared to similar products on market), which means if you are going to use to replace more of your meals throughout the day that is manageable.I wasn't expecting this to become my number 1 meal replacement product (having tested numerous brands over the last 5 years) - but Mana have clearly stuck with what they know best and continued to iterate on the original menu to keep the nutrients in line with the recommendations of European Food Safety Authority, and they deliver all your macro-and micronutrients through natural ingredients. The flavour may be too bland for some people, but I like that subtle hint of vanilla and it means you can have it several times throughout the day and it doesn't become irksome.Highly recommend.

Limitless options to get everything your body needs
I've been on Mana for the past year. Due to my job, which gets quite intense at times, I don't have the time to get a proper meal so that's when I reach for MANA. I have few bags at work and few at home so when I unexpectedly have to cancel my lunch/dinner plans I can still get all the nutritions my body needs. The taste is nutty and vanilla-like, it takes a little time to adjust to it, but once you know what to expect, it's actually quite enjoyable. I definitely recommend to use ice-cold water, or add some ice in your bottle and maybe experiment with the proportion of water and the powder. I personally prefer it a little bit thicker. If you feel like getting bored of the taste, here are some recommendations: If I'm preparing it at home, I usually blend it with some fruits/veggies/dry coconut/cinnamon/nuts/fresh mint/etc and ice to basically make a healthy smoothie out of it. If you have time, you can also use the powder as a flour replacement and make healthy pancakes out of it. There's a lady on Instagram (instagram.com/mana_recipes), who posts recipes using Mana powder. When I'm driving to meet a client, I stop at a store to get a little bottle of smoothie and just mix it with my Mana in the bottle.I definitely prefer having this "liquid food" than eating unhealthy fast food due to lack of time.I tried other similar products but Mana fits my needs the best. I don't feel hungry and my stomach doesn't feel heavy after consuming it and I get all the nutritions I need. I also prefer to have Mana before my workout as some food can make your stomach upset when working out.

No flavour
I’ve used a few different makes of meal replacement powder. But I was not overstuck on the taste of this 1.

Oil give it five...
Nothing revolutionary about this meal-substitute. It's the usual blend of soya protein, plant oils, complex carbs, vitamins and minerals. But for me it just about hits the spot. The flavour is pleasant, but quite bland - so there isn't the constant temptation to keep scoffing it (like Soylent). You can detect the tang of artificial sweetener, but not to a level that is a problem. And the price per serving is quite reasonable. So all in all, a useful thing to have in the cupboard for post gym snacks, quick light meals or occasional indulgences. It comes as a powder which mixes quite easily with milk (or water) and is delivered in 8 re-seal sachets. I can imagine buying it regularly.

Great solution for busy people
Firstly I heard about Mana from my friend. Drink with all the vitamins and stuff normally included in classic food, prepared in no time. Interesting. So I tried both MANA powder and MANA drink and... I am very happy with that. Honestly, first few portions were strange to me. MANA tastes like pancake batter, but you will get used to that very soon...actually it is very good pancake batter. Some of my friends love that taste from the first sip, so probably you will like it too.Now I am drinking(eating?) MANA at work - it is done in around 30s and it will fulfill you very reliably. One portion (400 Kcal) is like a big snack or small lunch and when you don't have time, it is the best solution for you. And definitely better than junk food.I honestly recommend this.

I've tried both powder and drink and I have to say that the powder-version taste better but because I am really lazy the drinks works ...
It's been almost a year since I started with MANA. The main reason was that I barely got time to have a decent meal during most days of the workweek. I've tried both powder and drink and I have to say that the powder-version taste better but because I am really lazy the drinks works for me much more- I just grab one or two and leave.I've never experienced anything like "omg! my body is missing some nutritional elements!" but on the other hand I didn't like the taste at first - you have to get used to it. To sum it up I can recommend MANA without a doubt, it helped me a lot (but a little suggestion: start with a powder first)
