Geschmack top. (Sweet iced tee). Wirkung ist ja relativ. Merkt man natürlich nicht direkt. Nur bissl zu süß. Ich mache die Empfehlung von 1 mess Löffel auf einen Liter.

I’ve tried many products over the years and besides the Ghost brand this has to be the best flavours (ice tea and peach mango) I’ve come across in 2024. Mixes easily and tastes great. Overall happy with my purchase and using this product for my intra workout drink. Pros: • Cost per serving • Taste & flavour selection 9/10 • EAAs, BCAAs, and Electrolytes (good ratios) Cons: • None personally
