Awesome arm jacks
These are built to last and are easy to use. They are really strong and can lift quite a bit. They do slide a little if they are on an uneven surface. They are safe to use as long as you read the instructions. I wouldn't recommend a person with any issues with hand strength issues to use this. They do work and im thinking of buying more.

Great for adjusting furniture
Bought these for a specific task -- I needed to lift a very heavy vanity up to adjust risers under the back feet. It was easy to use, required no assembly, and lifted the vanity up easily and without damage. I used both jacks (one on each side of the vanity) and cranked them up a couple inches at a time, alternating sides as it lifted. Had a lot of room to mess around with the furniture risers I made and was able to leave the vanity lifted while I stained the wood risers to match the floor. The descent was a bit rough since they basically just drop the lifted item when you release them. Keep this in mind for whatever you are lifting. My vanity was only lifted a few inches, so not a big deal, but I wouldn't do this with anything fragile or from a bigger height. Also, I will probably put some stick-on padding under the metal feet of the jacks as it could be a bit rough on delicate flooring. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product as it did what I wanted and was quite simple to operate.

These work fairly well
I bought these to lift my very heavy couch so I could put slider feet under and also so I can install and remove an accessibility desk for my wife. These lift the couch so easily its amazing! However, the release mechanism does not have enough mechanical advantage and is hard to use, especially if the jack is positioned in an awkward location due to the construction of the furniture. Pro: Lightweight (sort of) and lifts easily Con: The lift "fingers" are slippery, you need to use caution and ideally oppose these on the furniture to reduce slippage. The base is not "cushioned" and could scratch the floor if it slides. The release mechanism needs more leverage. Also: I would really like to see a model of this device with really long "fingers" to reach far underneath a couch. I have to extend the foot rest a certain amount in order to reach the frame. If I extend too far, there is not enough room for the jack's vertical piece.

A True Life Saver for Heavy Lifting and Home Projects
I recently purchased this set for my son after his apartment flooded, and I cannot emphasize enough what a lifesaver it has been (no pun intended). These labor-saving handles are brilliantly engineered and deliver professional-grade support in a compact, easy-to-use tool. Technical Strengths: Impressive Load Capacity: Each jack is built with high-strength steel and can support significant weight, making it suitable for lifting heavy furniture, cabinets, and even appliances without strain. Precision Height Adjustment: The spring-loaded handle allows for millimeter-level lifting and lowering, which is critical when aligning cabinetry, tile, or flooring. Non-Slip Base & Stability: The broad, textured base provides a secure grip on surfaces, ensuring no sliding or wobbling even when working in tight or awkward spaces. Ergonomic Design: The handle is comfortable and requires surprisingly little effort to generate strong lifting power. Real-World Usefulness: When dealing with flood damage, we had to move furniture and lift cabinetry while new flooring was installed. These tools allowed one person to safely lift and support heavy pieces that would normally require two or three sets of hands. They saved both time and back strain, and they made the process of packing, lifting, and reinstalling much more efficient. Beyond emergencies, I can see this being invaluable for DIY projects: installing wall tiles, adjusting door frames, lifting washers/dryers, or perfectly aligning shelves. It essentially acts like an extra set of strong, steady hands you can trust. At this price point, the value is outstanding for the amount of strength, precision, and durability you get. If you are a contractor, DIY enthusiast, or simply want a reliable tool on hand for unexpected situations, this is a must-have addition to your toolkit. Highly recommend, it truly makes difficult lifting and alignment tasks safe, simple, and efficient.

Not for professional use
Bought a pair and both crapped out after a few hours of outdoor use. The steel clamp just wouldn't stick the bar anymore. Cleaned them, oiled them, removed oil, tried various fixes. It cost us hours of labor to find a work-around. Don't buy these for any serious use.

Works very well and easy to use. Compact to store anywhere
So helpful! Super easy to use. I move furniture and redecorate a lot and this is super handy! I was happily surprised with the stability and ease of movement as it lifts! It has adjustable heights. Can be easily stored in a closet. It’s less bulky than the photo shows and they are light to carry. Highly recommend.

Cabinet and door jack holder
I brought this product for my husband who is a contractor. He loves this product it was worth the price. My husband loves to use the jacks to hold up doors that he is putting up it allows him to do it safely. The jacks are stable and doesn’t slip when holding doors or cabinets. It’s a really good tool to have if you are doing a job that normally may need a second person to hold the door or hold up cabinets while you are screw-in screws this is the tool for you. With this tool you can actually do a job by yourself or at least assist you. I give this product a 10 rating.

Works for up, not so great for going down
Lifted great. Going down was the opposite since it’s all or nothing. I was lifting a 6’ vanity with a solid surface top. Up went great, then it slammed down and cracked the tiled floor. Something that would slow the descent would be great.

Pratique

Good functionality for the price point. Light duty only
Bought to help adjust appliances, cabinet and door installation (non professional use) Pros: very affordable Effective for use as 3rd hand when adjusting ovens, plinth, hanging doors and separating work pieces Cons: Having used Viking Arm professionally, these are nowhere near as well built. There are no holes for fixing to a workpiece. Friction clamping can slip under heavy loads No gradual release: releasing abruptly removes all tension, potentially hazardous if appliance or furniture not secured to wall. Feet and lifters are fairly thick when compared to more expensive units. Generally not an issue but could be a limitation.

Super useful, but hard on the hands if you have arthritis or tendonitis
I got this furniture jack specifically to replace a broken wheel under my bed, as I am no longer able to do those types of tasks alone without a helping hand. The Setup: One mistake on my part: I didn't look closely at the lifting range it had, so I did have to use some scrap 2x4s underneath to add the necessary height. It definitely allowed me to get the job done and make the switch, but I was surprised at the toll it took on my hands. The Ergonomics: The handle sits right at the edge of my maximum grip width, which was pretty inconvenient. Even though a queen bed isn't that heavy, I found the mechanical pressure required to pump the jack to be quite significant. Because of the wide grip and required force, it proved to be a real challenge and I had to use both hands a few times to get it to lift. Verdict: This is absolutely a useful tool if you need to work solo, but the handle width could be better engineered (for smaller hands) and the total lifting reach could be a bit higher.
