I thought long and hard before buying this machine. Read a ton of intervies, watched a lot of videos. So I eventually ordered one and it came in, nearly complete, very minimul assembly.... It took longer to unbox but it really is the size of a suitcase. Ialso ordered the head rest and leg extension package. It was not cheap by any means, but I am pleasently surprised at how well it is built and the tough construction. I am legally blind and mostly homebound so going somewhere to work out is not an option. The fact that ut is so adaptable makes it a perfect pieceof equipment. Now...goiven all that you will not be bulking up like Arnold S,, you won't get the drfinition of Jet Li...but you will have a wonderfully made, adaptable platform to do basic body work and exercises. At 73 I won;t be toting around the country or neighborhood, but it is portable and easy to store...and the best thing? It's not going to be an adjunct clothes hanger like that treadmill! Well worth it all the way around.....oh! and I bought it on Amazon because it may be cheaper to buy from the factory...but I could never get an actual person on the phone if I had any issues and with Amazon the return policy was much better,,,but no worries...this thing will outlast me!

Very easy to use and store. Gives a very good total body workout!

Very sturdy, all the parts came and in good shape. Wasn't to hard to our together. Really like this machine, wish I could find a wall chart though (why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) also with the leg extention hurts undet the knees so I sat on a pillow to raise myself some and that helped. Little lost on all it can do. But I'll make one of my own someday.

I replaced my total gym with this. I love that you can do 50 exercises on this compact machine. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with a guide or program for the 50 exercises. I would be happy to purchase it if it did.

The machine seems really good and i can follow the videos pretty well yet i really need a written document with pictures explaining each and every exercise. further, if you advertise that such a document exists then freaking at least let your paying customers download a PDF of it!why are you making it so hard to call or text your company support people? if you dont have any support people then just so.if i had that document explaining all the exercises then i would give this product at least 4/5 stars. yet right now i strongly advise any one to consider a different product.

This is a great compact exercise system. It is so easy to use and setup. It doesn't take up much room. I placed mine in a location that each time I walk in that area I do a few reps making it easy to meet my exercise goals throughout the day. At times it hard to dedicate 30-45 minutes to just workout but I'm able to get exercise in bite size dosages throughout the day using this machine. The online videos are very helpful and has everything you need to use the machine for a good workout. Great investment.

Great quality and outstanding value. I have limited space and want and need to exercise in my small home office. Total Flex offers all of this and more in a very well designed piece of equipment that has me breathing heavy in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this solution to get fit fast. JC

The idea is not bad. While the bench legs seemed pretty strong, the unit still seemed kind of wobbly and cheaply made. The foam for the leg curl extenstion was not very comfortable, and they aren't secured, so they slide off while in use. For someone my height, when the bench is fully extended, it's kind of short. It just really didn't meet my expectations. I did like that it could fold up and be put away, but that's about all.consider also that though you can get different resistance bands, at some point you'll be limited to how much you can do. Also, while this unit offers various kinds of exercises, some of them just cannot be comfortably done on the bench.So I ended up returning mine. I'm not gonna say it was complete crap, because it was not. I just couldn't enjoy mine.

This is by far the best exersice exuipment I have ever purchased. It is simple to change positions and works every muscle, takes up very little roomfast deliveryhighly recommend this Total Flex

Easy to setup fold down, and move. This will become furniture until company comes. Love the variety and compact size.

Definitely liking it little pricey and no workout instructions but not hard to figure out just wish they would state u don’t get the head rest of leg exercise or the extra bands

Have regretted getting rid of my Body By Jake for a few years. This unit is far better and provides a full workout in the comfort of your home. The variety of adjustment in the resistance bands meets all my needs and my wife’s. Simple 2 bolt assembly and it folds down for compact storage. My 6 ft frame easily fits on the seats and back rest. The only thing missing is a chart to show the various setup positions to do a complete set of exercises.

Easy to set up and use. Can do multiple work outs on it.Highly recommend it for people who don't have lots of room to set up exercise equipment.
