Go Active makes a GREAT Insulated bottle, but the customer service is AMAZING!
I was looking for a bottle for my daughter to take to school and when I saw that Go Active offered this HOT/COLD bottle my decision was made. If you have ever had the pleasure dealing with this company, you know what I mean when I say Amazing Customer Service! This company has the nicest and most thoughtful customer service team I have ever dealt with. I put them right up there with Zappos as having world-class service and putting their customers’ needs first. The Go Active bottle is now my daughters favorite bottle, she loves the feel of the rubber and the color is vibrant and energetic. Durability is the most important issue when looking at water bottles for kids and this bottle is built very solid and has already taken some decent tumbles and has come out unscathed. I think the rubber coating helps to reduce scratches and scuff marks that made her previous bottle unsightly. The insulation on this bottle is remarkable. On the weekends we take this bottle with us to the park and living in southern California the heat can be pretty intense this time of year. The bottle has ice in it after 4 hours in direct sunlight and the rubber coating keeps the exterior of the bottle from getting scalding hot, our old bottle was just painted metal and this would cause the outside to become so hot you could not touch the bottle. It is important to note that only the half-ice cubes fit in the bottle, not the square cubes. All in all I am very happy with this purchase and since my daughter has already caught me stealing her bottle a few times, I have already ordered another round of bottles for myself and my husband as he would like one to take his coffee to work. Thank you GO Active and buy with confidence, this company is great!

Do not waste your money, mine showed signs of rust just after 1 week
Very bad quality. I wrote a review previously. After only 1 week of use they showed signs of rust on the inside of the bottle. I only hand washed them with mild soap and air dried them. Real stainless steel is not supposed to rust so I believe the metal used is not stainless steel. I would have definitely returned them, but because I live in Miami and got hit by the hurricane Irma I missed the return window. Such a waste of money.

I figured this size would be good for walking and short trips around town
Because I already had the larger sport bottle, I figured this size would be good for walking and short trips around town. This bottle keeps hot drinks hot for a very long time. Unfortunately, this bottle does not keep cold drinks really cold for more than 2-3 hours before having to add more ice.

Great looking bottle with insulation that stands up to its claims. And a very cheerful customer service agent
I was searching for an insulated bottle that I could use for both hot and cold beverages and having owned a GO Active 24oz bottle with straw (Cold only) I saw they now offered a 16oz Hot/Cold bottle. You will find a similar bottle shape among many bottles on Amazon so it must be a popular design. Go Active did not advertise claims regarding heat retention so I reached out to them asking what I could expect. The customer service representative got right back to me and explained that with all the variables and different temperature preferences, they didn’t ever want a customer to feel mislead. The customer service agent said that they were hopeful that the results would speak from themselves and encouraged me to give them a try, and if I wasn’t completely happy she would refund the bottle and no need to send it back. So, we ran two tests and here is what we found.Test 1: Coffee + Refrigerated Vanilla Creamer: The way I take my coffee. I like my coffee with a nice amount of vanilla creamer so we added 12oz of hot coffee (192 degrees) and 4oz of refrigerated vanilla creamer (about. 36 degrees). Given that 25% of the contents was nearly freezing the temperature of the coffee fell rapidly to 172 degrees before we put the cap on. The temperature was still a little warmer than I preferred so we waited 1 hour. At that point the coffee was 163 degrees and was the temperature that I found I prefer. I took 2 nice drinks and closed the bottle up again. 2 hours later the contents showed 154 degrees, and two hours later 142 degrees, still a nice temperature in my opinion after 5 hours. 2 hours later the bottle, now half full, was 128 degrees and getting to where a reasonable person would call the beverage warm. I still enjoyed the drink but at this point those who didn’t enjoy as much sugar as I do may have been done. The verdict was that by adding 25% of refrigerated creamer/milk you can expect about 5-7 hours of quality coffee.Test 2: Coffee Only: The way my husband takes his coffee. We poured 16oz of coffee straight from the carafe into the bottle and sealed it up after recording 195 degrees f. After 2 hours the coffee was 186 degrees, perfect according to my husband (scalding to me). Another 4 hours yielded a temperature that was still “pretty hot” according to my husband (we were running errands so no temp recording) after another 2 hours the temperature was 155 degrees after my husband had taken multiple sips. Still hot, but my husband indicated it was getting close. 2 hours later we measure 138 degrees and my husband stated it wasn’t hot enough for his taste. The verdict is that without adding cold liquid you can expect 8-10 hours of hot coffee, although my husband added “Who takes 8 hours to drink coffee?”Overall we were pleased with the product and we will be keeping the bottle, although we may need to order another as we have both “claimed” this one. Additionally, our pleasant experience with the Go Active customer service team lead me to believe that the outstanding customer service mentioned by others is spot on.

Bought for our son, loved it so much we bought more for ourselves! Great Insulated Water Bottle and Travel Coffee Mug!
In order to save money and use less plastic, we searched for a reusable stainless steel water bottle for our son to take with him to school. After researching multiple bottle brands we chose Go Active because of the positive reviews regarding outstanding customer service and because our son loved the blue color. We have been very pleased with the bottle as it is very durable and can handle the various drops, throws, falls, and thumps an 8-year old will put any product through. The rubber coating is easy for small hands to grip and the bottle closes tightly so I am never worries about spills in the backpack. We have had no reason to contact Go Active since the bottle has performed very well but they have great outreach emails that are friendly and humorous so I get the impression the positive reviews regarding their customer service are spot on. If you are looking for a high quality hot cold insulated bottle from a company that values customer service, then search no further.

Disappointed! Bottom of bottle fell off suddenly
Bottom of bottle fell off. Just used mine a handful of times. Basically brand new. Never dropped the bottle. Never went through any harsh treatment or wear and tear. Was just drinking and suddenly the bottom piece fell off. Bottom with out piece is very sharp. Looks as if it were just glued on. Haven't used it since.
