Fits my neck very well for sleeping in my recliner or while watching TV. Works great in the car, too! It is not too soft, so it does not collapse. Neither is it too hard, so it feels like a brick. It is just right. I love, love, love, love this pillow!

After researching neck pillows, I decided to give this one a try. I wasn't convinced it would help me. A few months ago, I cervical spine surgery and it's taken a long time to heal. Especially the muscles. After a PT session I am in a lot of pain. When my pillow arrived, I was disappointed because it was rock hard, with no give or softness. Which I had read about in several reviews! Duh! So, I took the inside materials out (which are conveniently packaged in a sack) and added my own fiberfill until it was comfortable. This provided softness, yet the pillow still gives my neck great support! The cover is somewhat firm and works perfectly with my filling! The smaller size was the primary reason I bought it. The shape is perfect, It supports my neck muscles in back (not too far forward) and on the sides ( not rubbing my face). I feel pampered and it's minimized my pain...a lot! I gave it four stars because of the hard filling and there's no option to buy additional straps. I would have preferred a choice of firmness, such as "very firm" or "medium firm". Also, if I was able to buy additional straps, I wouldn't be using a long, wide section of elastic around my chair....looks awful. but I'm comfortable!

Pillow is very hard and straps to short for typical recliner. Need to be longer

Bought this for my husband work chair. He absolutely loves it! Super comfortable. He’s works in front of a computer all day. Loves that he is able to rest back when needed.

The pillow itself feels nice but the straps are not adjustable, it feels a little loose on my chair and I can't make it tighter because of that.It comes with the small strap for small seats and an extra strap for large ones, both are sewn and not adjustable.

I bought this for my mom, she has fibromyalgia and she can't go through long car rides but this pillow definitely help her. It is a good size, it's soft to the touch but it's also hard when you squeeze it so it's perfect. We had no problem putting it in the seat and it stayed there. My mom loves it. Good quality.
