Bubba 72oz keg is great.
I like it because it keeps my ice tea cold all day. I freeze a 32oz plastic glass of water and put the solid piece of ice in it. Worth while purchase.

Just what we wanted
Have had this keg for about four weeks. Daughter is an avid soccer player and til now, we've had trouble finding a water jug that doesn't leak, stays cold, and doesn't fall apart. This item does all three. Did notice that the spout leaked at first...you just need to make sure the spout is fully open and no more leaking. Very satisfied with the product.

It DOES leak
If you drink from straight over the top of it, you'll be leak free. If you TIP it to drink, it is likely to leak. BAD design by Rubbermaid, I expected better from them. It has an interior screw in design for the lid, with NO gasket to prevent leaks (I tried Bubba's 52 ounce gasket, but too little thread was left to screw on properly). With NO exterior handle on the side (just the lid), if you tighten the lid down (to prevent leaks), it is VERY difficult to remove again. I'm an old guy, so this was really difficult for me. IF you haven't bought it, DON'T. If you already have it, THIS is what works for me: Buy some Business Source Size 107 Rubber Bands (Amazon has them). These are big enough and WIDE enough to cover the seam between the body and lid. Next, get yourself a rubber slip wrench big enough fit onto the body to tighten or loosen the lid, that way you can hold the handle on top (Amazon has these $10-$20.00). HOPE this helps, as Rubbermaid REALLY screwed the pooch on this one...

Perfect for Office Use
I work in an office all day long and have traditionally bought cases of water, for my own consumption, on a weekly basis. It's not a whole lot to spend during a week but it is a bit of a pain and over the course of year, very expensive. So I saw this Bubba Keg and the capacity and came up with another solution:1) Bring the Bubba Keg home at night, fill out with my filtered water (Brita filter).2) Take to work and drink the majority of my water that I should during a day - right at my desk.I'm a big guy so I generally just drink right out of the keg (it's convenient pour spout is perfect). I could pour this into a glass or cup but it works just fine as is.72 oz. of water is the perfect amount of water for me in a day - it could be too much perhaps. The amount of water the average person should drink is debatable but if you aren't out physically exerting yourself everyday, this portion is perfect! Thanks to the Bubba Keg, I've eliminated my weekly cost of expensive bottled water and made my daily water intake happen on a regular basis. Some things to note:1) There is a pressure relief valve on the top with a clear silicon, spear point type of widget. I wasn't quite sure what this was and played with it and it dropped into the body. It took me a couple of minutes to get this put back on (you need to twist it). While it's removable, if the instructions told more about this - it would have saved some time. Some people may not realize how to replace it.2) The handle isn't that durable. The body is built to last but the carrying handle on my unit cracked after tipping over in the car. It's not broken but the crack is quite noticeable and it makes me concerned that it might break completely. Regardless, it's doing great and the crack doesn't really bother me.Other thoughts:I wish I would have thought of using this product earlier. I get quite a few looks about lugging this thing around, "What's that?" but I just smile and tell them it's a thermonuclear water cooler.

Thoroughly disappointed... operator error!
The item received was not the color shown. The description boasts of the keg being leak proof and even has a sticker applied on the item stating the same....after I washed the keg, I filled it appropriately and closed it up making sure the lid was flush and aligned...water streamed down the front at 45° any direction. It just looks nice...downhill from there. This actually a great item! Please don't judge, I'm a little slow at times... lol. I filled the jug to the max and allowed water to enter the grooves of the twist lid. Upon using my brain... the jug is quite a buy and does not leak!

HORRIBLE! LEAKS TERRIBLY!
I have the 52 ounce that does not leak at all. But I found that I needed more water by the end of the day. Loved that the water stayed cold. The same ice I put in in the morning was still there at night. So I bought this one. When you drink it drips right down the front of your clothes. This is so poorly made that they should recall all their units and start again from scratch. I don't care how cheap this thing is. I wouldn't order it for free.

The item and service was outstanding
I have looked for this type of Bubba Keg for two years. I had a small one and went online using the name. I found it and ordered two of then through Anazon. I keeps the water cold for more than the 24 hours. This was better than I thought. It is not flashy so I can take it to sensitive places without being "flashy". Both my husband and I use the Keg 24/7 and are very pleased. My first location to to search for the keg and other items I need is Amazon. I have never been disappointed. I recommend the keg to all who mentions it. I also recommand Amazon for their source of any item.Thank you very much. Any other items you have please feel free to e-mail me a description. Thanks again.Alice
