I use this when I am tight on money because it is good for all body parts including intimate areas and face. Dove bar soap is top tier, I recommend everyone have it in their home.This being said, the package I received looks like it came to me from somewhere in Asia. It was not normal for me to see, but made me look into the manufacturing of the brand because I do not like to get things that ship from too far away.I only purchased online I was buying another brand for my husband so I figured I would grab this.I will definitely buy from the store next time.I did received 12 bars. The box came with 4 packs of 4 bars. Smells beautiful. I love Dove.

First of all, it's important to distinguish this soap bar from the standard "White" soap Dove bar that is also available. My family lives in Scandinavia and this is the soap that they have in their home. During a visit I used it to wash the foundation off of the back of my hand (I mixed it on the back of my hand to apply to my face) and I was SHOCKED at how easy it was to remove the 24 hour long-wear foundation. I decided to purchase it for myself to use at home in the U.S. because I got tired of spending $7 for neutrogena cleansing wash (the blue bottle w/ the white pump). Now, I use this soap to remove (a.k.a. easily wipe away) my foundation and I save the neutrogena wash for my mascara and for a quick once-over for the rest of my face in case the dove cream beauty bar missed any spots. I don't know for sure but I suspect that this cream beauty bar is more cream-based (groundbreaking, I know) so that it's able to more easily remove the kind of makeup that isn't advertised as water proof but seems like it could be. It also has a slightly different scent than the dove white soap bar, but I think it smells better. It's a very light, pleasant scent that's reminiscent of the original classic dove scent but not quite the same.

It does what is advertised, but I feel its more of a smaller bar, not normal sized, and the scent is pretty strong. (That's good for some types of people though). I wish I got more of it and the scent wasn't so strong but it does work for sensitive skin and I feel soft after and not dried out.

I used this primarily for my face. It's smells a little stronger then original Dove.

Received my order on time,all ways use this product,90g bars sent but order said 100g no worries order fulfilled use these then reorder when finished.

buying in bulk from amazon since lockdown, costing too much for liquid soap with prices rocketing, so went back to using bars of soap and Dove is nicer than most bar soaps.
