POC Kortal Race MIPS - Advanced trail, enduro and all-mountain bike helmet with a highly efficient ventilation design

Helmet is fine apart from being manufactured 2 years ago. Might be why the NFC function doesn’t work. Downloaded the app but won’t recognise this helmet, recognised a friends just fine but this isn’t working. I would return but does not seem to be an option? Do not recommend buying from here!

With a little time under my belt with this beautifully crafted helmet, now is as good a time as any to review it. This Poc helmet truly does look and feel perfect in my humble opinion. Why? Ergonomics, fit, esthetic, and most of all comfort whether on a short or long ride. I initially was down because my goggle-stlye riding glasses didn't quite fit under the helmet... that was until I remembered the adjustment dial on the back. I opened it up a little and, voilà, no more problem. Some may say these helmets are too pricy. I say you absolutely get what you pay for and what you'd be paying for is a helmet that is in a lane of its own. There is a lot more I could say, but won't. I say do your homework, read up on this brand and absolutely read the reviews! If you're anything like me, this helmet will amaze...

BELLISSIMO, non aggiungo altro. Costa tanto, ma vale ogni euro speso. Occhio che a rotazione viene messo in saldo con forti sconti. Io ne ho approfittato!!!

Wo fang ich an...ein neuer Helm musste her, da mein geliebter MET Roam ausgedient hatte. Leider in meiner damals gewählten Farbe nicht mehr erhältlich, habe ich Tests ohne Ende verschlungen und bin beim POC Kortal Mips hängen geblieben. Da ich hier in der Nähe keinen testen konnte und mein Kopfumfang so genau mittig zwischen M und L liegt habe ich kurzerhand beide Größen bestellt. Beide Helme kamen in einer schrubbeligen Plastiktüte. Ja, bei einem Helm über 200€ macht das Sinn...nicht. 😒 Naja, da wahrscheinlich viele genauso testen wie ich, hake ich das mal ab. Schön ist es trotzdem nicht. Okay, Helm in M auf den Kopf...aua. Der Druck auf die Schläfen, einfach nur wie ein Schraubstock. Alpina Bikebrille drunter...nix geht mehr. Brille drückt auf die Nase, Helm an der Schläfe...runter damit. Okay, habe ja noch den nächst größeren Helm. Zack drauf...tja, von der Optik her schaut dieser aus als wäre er 5 Nummern größer. Aber er passt. Man kann ihn wirklich gut einstellen und zu schwer ist er auch nicht. Erste Ausfahrt...toll. Belüftung ist echt Klasse. Ein Insektennetz wäre wünschenswert. Werde ich mir aber selber rein basteln. Alles in allem ein sehr guter und stylischer Helm. Wäre die Größe M nur etwas breiter, dann wäre ich absolut glücklich, so bin ich "nur" extrem zufrieden.
