I would choose potassium citrate powder over this. Chloride caused stomach issues/pain, citrate form is going well.

The potassium powder is great, but follow the recommended dose. I took what I thought was the right amount(2 scoops) and barely got it down. More water makes it less concentrated. Overall, I feel healthier, and that was the goal.

Good product. I bought this powder because someone looked on-line for a recipe to make an electrolyte drink and shared it. Potasium is one of the ingredients.

I been taking it in my lemon water about 1 month now. Tastes fine & like it should. And I do feel it is helping my body. Just my opinion of course : ) I make my own toothpaste with this potassium chloride, baking soda, coconut oil, iodine, magnesium crushed pills, zinc, etc...

I've been attempting to stay better hydrated beyond coffee and juice, I've really cut down on the soda as I've gotten older, now in early 40s.I dislike most of the flavors out there for sports or electrolyte drinks and powders. The premade stuff, you are paying for mostly water as well. Decided to attempt to make my own mixture, using magnesium glycinate since the gentlest on tummy. Used Jorge Cruise recipe, but not include the glycine since this isn't for weight loss or appetite suppressant.Recipe is 1/2tsp sea salt, 1/8th tsp potassium chloride, and 1/16th tsp magnesium glycinate. Did not measure, but roughly 1/2tsp sugar and couple scoops of dragonfruit powder.It was interesting let's just say. Not sure I used enough of the fruit powder. One suggestion was use the True Lemon packet and I think that might be better, or put the salt, potassium, magnesium electrolyte mix in juice . Lesson the sugar amount too since it overpowered the flavor of the salt a little too much, and made my stomach kind of queasy from.tbe over sweetness, with slight undertone of salt.Overall, I like this base electrolyte mix since I can experiment with flavors and use real sugar or honey, regular juice for added flavor, versus fake since the premade stuff can be overly too sweet at times.Not sure I'd purchase this brand since there are slightly less expensive versions, but this container will last me a really long time so will not have to think about it purchasing for awhile.
