You have to search the web to find instructions which I hope are correct. 18 months later: I actually got around to building the kit and it took me 5 evenings to build and test. Each evening was about half an hour of reading and soldering. The PDF file I found on the net was correct. I'm happy to say the kit worked first time. I've tested TX and RX using the dummy load and another transceiver with a dummy load and it worked fine. I connected it to my long wire RX antenna and I heard several CW stations. This was a fun and easy to build kit.
