Good product
Feels sturdy. 3 keys. Standard installation. Will not unlock by twisting knob from the inside.

Good, sturdy door knob.
This lock is sturdy and strong - does the job well. Not to mention that it's ascetically pleasing and gives the room a nice updated look.

Nice doorknob. User error (can't get two screws inside holes), one stuck.

Fits and works
Replaced old entry lock with the CML. Old entry knobs were smaller and couldn't find specific model. As a test to find a match, I bought the CML for the cost. All necessary hardware was included and installation was simple. The only issue I had was the faceplate did not sit flush with edge of door. I solved it by adding a couple of washers behind the faceplate. I re-used the faceplate screws since the ones provided were smaller than old hardware.It fits perfectly, and works great. I also like the clicking sound the knobs make when locked.

Easy to follow instructions for people like me- First time changing out door knob. Thank you!

Lock only locks from the key. The knob spins around 360 degrees
We installed this in our porch door at 3 degree weather. Everything was going smoothly until it came to line up the screw holes. Our hands were freezing and feet ice cold. We finally got the lock installed and ready to test it. We turned it open check. Closed the door check. We went to lock it w the knob and it keeps spinning around in circles doesn’t catch anything. I went outside and locked it w the key at it will lock unlock from outside w a key. It’s useless to unlock from the inside of someone is at the door and you’re trying to let them in the house. I’ll have to replace this but it’s too cold right now

Simple replacement!
Had to a slight modification to the aluminum storm door to get the latch to fit (three strokes with a rat-tail file) but otherwise worked perfectly out of the box, vast improvement over struggling with the key on the 50 year old original each time! Looks very handsome as well.

not bad for the price.
It locks the door at an affordable price, but the quality could be better as it feels wobbly and has too much play. Additionally, the lock mechanism is reversed—the inner lock must be in a horizontal position to lock, whereas the standard is vertical. This can be confusing, especially if you have multiple locks with different orientations.
