Can I get English directions? Everything on the box that was delivered and insert is in Russian. An English box is shown on Amazon. I have no way of knowing whether this the same product,The box advertised indicates 40 250mg tablets. The Russian box sent is 50 125mg tablets. I am shorted 3850 mg, only got 6250 mg vs 10000 mg advertised.

Oddly enough this medicine does interact with whatever I'm prescribed, and it makes me quite anxious. But it absolutely induces sleep as I struggle to keep it together. I wish I understood Russian.
