Do I still need to season my chicken? Or does this have enough flavor as is?

You can LIGHTLY season your chicken but don't season it like you regularly do or it will come out too salty. That's what I do and it's perfect. The flour is seasoned but not enough for my taste to just use it alone.

Does this do well in an air fryer? I am assuming that you all deep fat fried, correct. I want to avoid that....

I would suggest that you spray your breaded meat with Pam or some sort of cooking spray because that would make the breading stick to itself and get crispy.
