Awful! Complete waste of money. The body shaming remarks weren’t very nice either. Advice like pee in the shower? Come on!!!! That’s stuff a squadie tells you on his first break from basic training - not “top secret”.

This book is reasonably entertaining but it’s not a serious guide.It’s a good quality paperback with glossy pages and ‘pencilled’ writing in the margins with flight numbers etc to make it look like it’s a real spy’s field guide.A lot of the content is just common sense, there are brief case studies (about a page each) which talk about spies from history which were quite interesting.

Its very hard to do most of these techinques it takes years to master.

Another great book by Red Riley.Plenty of info and tips as well as very informative.
