Ive tried a few different foot cooling products and these are by far the best. I leave them in the freezer for 2 or 3 hours and they are perfectly cool as the fridge just doesn't seem to get them cool enough. They have really helped with my hot and swollen feet and really comfortable to wear. Just don't try walking in them in case they burst or slide off. The size M the perfect size for me, they are wide for my feet but the length is perfect. I can not fault those product in any way, good quality and very reasonably priced.

I bought this to help reduce foot swelling. With an hour in the freezer it was ready to go, very easy to put on too. The strap held it in place around my ankle nicely. It was a perfect size for me (size 11, wide feet). Very comfortable to wear too. I left it on for 15 mins, then put it back in the freezer for an hour, rinse and repeat. My foot is now much better thanks to this item.

Purchased these for my wife as in the very hot weather, her feet swell up quite bad.After reading previous reviews I decided to purchase this product.Once opened the quality of the product seemed very good. The feel was sturdy and solid.Put them in the freezer, in the bag that comes with them and when the mrs got home from work and tried them, they worked a treat!!! They do get very cold (yes that is what happens when you feeeze something..haha) but she kept putting her feet in them on and off and her swollen feet were back to normal.Very happy with this product.They do also work as a warming feature but we haven't tried that yet.

These say what they do. Have used for cold therapy on one foot. Will be great for the future. Good value for money and look like will be good for sore feet also. Quality seems good. Marked down only as I I have small feet so they do not fit as well as I hoped. With some cling film made it work! Easy to use.

I have arthritis and plantar facilitis (however you spell it) in both feet and recently discovered these slip ons. My work means I'm mainly on my feet for 7 hours, but these slippers are amazing. Keep them in fridge and put them on when I get home from work.Absolute Heaven. They also helped when I got cramp tonight. So glad to have these.

In this heat these are amazing. Grab yourself a brew put your feet up and stick these on half hour of bliss. They don’t last hours upon hours but still worth it. Easy to use fit well and good quality.
