Everything but rubber cement
I patched some mobility scooter inner tubes. The kit had all needed items to do the job except rubber cement. Order some adhesive for the patches to complete the repair work!

Much cheaper than a new tire and works well
I ordered this kit to use on a motorcycle tire that had a puncture. The tire was relatively new and in good shape, but wouldn’t hold air. The tires I normally use are around $300 each so this was much less expensive. The kit came with a lot of extra stuff, but it was easy to use and more reliable than a plug. My only complaint is that the kit didn’t come with any kind of glue or adhesive, which I had to buy separately other than that, I’m happy with my purchase. I’m glad I can now use up the rest of that tire.
