I frequently chew on raw ginger root to help control nausea and help with inflammation. These are just as good and are infused with honey which improves the taste tremendously. If you are looking for a candy type GINGER CHEW experience i would try something else but if you love raw ginger like I do these are the BEST I REALLY HOPE THEY COME BACK IN STOCK SOON

These were very fresh, soft, and good flavor to the ginger. I was happy with the quality of the product, but I discovered I like the more usual kind of crystallized ginger better for munching. I am used to that taste and like it. I tried this one, with honey and no sugar crystal coating on it on an impulse, to see if I liked it. I can really taste the difference between this and the more common kind. I find I prefer the crunchy, sugar type. I imagine these will be outstanding if used in baking, tho. Mixed with other fruits for holiday bread, it would bring a lovely snap to the taste.

I bought these chews because I get nauseous sometimes, these totally work for that.
