Very good and Easy to use ,no hair fall

Excellent everytime, except this time.
The media could not be loaded. I have been using this product for a few years now. This time however where the white shampoo like fluid and the colour have to flow from the two spouts, the colour did not flow out inspite of several tries. I gave up after pumping out about 20-25 ml of the white fluid. Something amiss.

Ease of using just put it like a pre shampoo wash after 20 minutes. It does not drip once applied
