Not able to place product in plain area
1. Print in label is good. 2. For connecting with windows PC, we need to contact their customer care to get the relevant driver software for printing through USB. 3. Received product which cannot be placed solidly on plain surface without much shaking. Rubber support in one side is missing and printer is moving in diagonal see saw pattern. Print comes out properly without issue. Only thing am having problem is while trying to keep on flat surface. We can't blame staffs when any issue arises due to sudden movements during operation.

Enomical and excellent after sales support
Been using it for over 3 years , functions very well. Had an issue with battery once and it was replaced super fast - FOC. And few technical support requirements raised and were resolved promptly. Value for money.
