SHREYANS Monochrome Label Printer (Label Printer), Black

Been using it for over 3 years , functions very well. Had an issue with battery once and it was replaced super fast - FOC. And few technical support requirements raised and were resolved promptly. Value for money.

The product is very compact and is highly useful for people who want to create customised stickers. Best organisational tool. The device sets us easily with the application and is easy to use. The print speed is fast. The price I feel could be slightly reduced if ordering for personal use.

Bought this for printing labels and receipts for my business and facing the following issues. 1. Cannot print required number of labels at once, need to sit and keep pressing the print button each time for each label printing. 2. If I try using the option to print multiple copies of a label then it prints on alternative labels leaving out empty labels after each printed one, requiring more time and effort in managing to set the roll to not waste the labels. 3. It prints a label content half and half on 2 labels frequently, wasting 2 labels. 4. The centre of the canvas where you'd design the label content won't print on the centre of the label, so you need to leave extra space in the bottom of the label and start the content from the very beginning of the area in order to print in the centre of the label. 5. Doesn't work as a receipt printer at all. Doesn't even work with test connection in Swiggy app and doesn't print anything with Zomato app. Like another review said, would have returned if there was an option.

The product we received from Amazon seemed like an older product so the printing was coming out faded. But the customer service team of the brand was very helpful and sent us a new printer which works well and meets our requirement.

Good quality printer, solves almost all the label printing needs. Good product for retail businesses. After sale customer support services are also very good.

I had bought Shreyans barcode printer & been using from past 2 month. There were technical issue which is common in any product as every one is aware. Called technical support team to rectify the concern. I must say that they are really supportive & resolved my issue on time. Mr.Eshwar who was coordinating to resolve issue was quick & understand customers plight. I am very much satisfied with the service & support. I recommend Shreyans product since the backup service is very good as expected. Thank you Mr.Eshwar

1. Print in label is good. 2. For connecting with windows PC, we need to contact their customer care to get the relevant driver software for printing through USB. 3. Received product which cannot be placed solidly on plain surface without much shaking. Rubber support in one side is missing and printer is moving in diagonal see saw pattern. Print comes out properly without issue. Only thing am having problem is while trying to keep on flat surface. We can't blame staffs when any issue arises due to sudden movements during operation.

We brought it for barcode and receipt printing. It's been almost 1 month and it's running super. We printed 1000+ prints on first day without any issue. Only drawback is when you do label print in the beginning it just skips few label.
