Exactly as described. I did A LOT of research before purchasing this product. I've tried other brands that I have liked, such as F*ing Focus, and while those helped with focus to an extent, I felt they wore off faster. Also, much more expensive! Well Core Brain Booster helps me retain focus, concentration, and I think it helps a lot with creativity (for me, at least). I don't get jittery or anxious or hyper-focus (like with Adderall or other prescription ADHD drugs). And my mood is stable and calm. I feel relaxed and overall, just... better. I'm a full time online student achieving my bachelor's degree and Brain Booster really helps with the homework and studying. I'm also a gig worker, always using two to three delivery apps at a time while driving, which requires laser focus, quick thinking, immediate reaction time, and no room for error. I seriously doubt I could work as well as I do without this supplement. I'm on my second bottle!

i am not sure that is was helpful for me

I have been taking these for over a month now and I can definitely say I feel the difference. I had been having issues with concentration and mood fluctuations which is why I wanted to give this a try. That and one of the ingredients in this, ashwagandha, which is also present in a hair oil I use and I swear by ashwagandha. My mood fluctuates lesser than before and I have less trouble focusing on any task that I'm doing. I have also simultaneously cut down on my carb intake so that could also be why I feel so much better but these supplements deserve just as much credit. Hopefully with continued long term use, the benefits multiply.

I wanted to wait to make sure this supplement was doing its job before I had a well informed review!It has been a few months and things are going great, I will be purchasing a second bottle now.It is not a miracle in a day, it took about two weeks to start feeling a good difference in my daily brain fog.I usually have a hard time getting going and I was starting to forget things easier than normal.This has since then cleared up, and I feel sharper. I did talk with my doctor about a few options prior so I suggest you consult your doctor as well. But this was perfect for adding in to my daily routine. It’s a must try, and they have a lifetime customer!

I have used huperzine and other brain clearing z as no strengthening. I know I’m doing well. Snd I know it helps. It is a subtle help in the background but there.

The pills work but honestly it is a ripoff because most of the pills were empty. I am concerned about the company of this pill. So anyone who want to buy this brand, please look for somewhere else because it will be disappointing to get less and pay for nothing but more. I don’t write reviews anywhere but this made me upset. I hope this helps other to buy good choices.

Some powder comes out of the capsules at times before use.
