Can the rgb lights be turned off when using on ps4/5?

You turn the lights off in the Icue section, so they should stay off regardless of where you use them.

Do you need to have icue running for the rgb to remain off? or it is saved on the headset?

I don't know if you HAVE to have it running, but I always run Icue anyway due to the fact that a couple of times, when starting to game without it, it gets locked on mute, doesn't do that when Icue running.

Will this work with Xbox

As far as I’m aware, it won’t work with Xbox.
