I’d buy it again and I did
Been using this belt since 2018. It’s tough when you first get it but will eventually form fit to you like a break in process. I bought another around 2020ish for my wife. Great affordable belt that does what a powerlifting belt should.

Good concept, good material, execution in finer points could improve.
This belt looks like a solid, durable, well-assembled power lifting belt. Unfortunately, it suffers from a couple of quite specific but very significant flaws for someone using it for proper power lifting. Pros and Cons both:Pro: Construction seems solid, and belt is stout, firm without being completely unyielding, and from a single usage seems as though it would hold up well over time. It is a good thickness, and hole spacing has logical-sized increments to allow for slow alteration if your waist is prone to change much when going through cut/bulk cycles.Con: The tail loop is located far too close to the buckle, and the end tail on the belt itself is excessively long past the last hole set. This means that, because of the thick, firm nature of the belt, you have one hell of a time folding the tail end up to enter it into the loop after cinching up the belt to lift. You are stuck either wrestling that tail with a belt that is (ideally) a bit uncomfortably tight, or lifting with the thing flopping loose, which is particularly problematic for something like deadlifts. Additionally, the prongs are made strangely, with not enough bend to them. After cinching up the belt to the right hole set, it is a challenge to work the material over the almost-straight prongs. It is even harder to get it off them. After one heavy set, I actually got stuck in it for a couple of minutes and was starting to run really short of breath until a training partner helped me get it out. I spent the rest of the workout one hole set back, not getting as tight a fit as I'd have liked. All in all, better than a flared bodybuilder-style belt if you're not looking to use it for maximum effect and are training casually, but if you want it for real power lifting, it's not quite up to the task.Edit to add: I have continued using this belt for several months now, and it has broken in nicely. Some stitching has come loose in what I believe is probably less time than it ought to have, but overall it is holding up quite well. The biggest issue now is actually one that only showed up after a few uses. The roll sleeve on the outer edge of the buckle is made from a thin, cheap metal, and with a few uses it began to flare at the top and bottom just from pressure against the corner of the buckle. That has actually made it chip in one place and be fairly jagged along the top and bottom edges. I have to be careful not to handle that part of the buckle directly or else I get cut if I haven't filed it down.

IGNORE THE REVIEWERS TALKING ABOUT WAIST SIZE
Most importantly, ignore all the reviewers that suggest "my waist is blah so I bought blah size belt". That is not how a powerlifting belt works. You need to look up the instructions for measuring yourself for one of these belts. This belt does not go around your waist. You could wear size 30 pants but have a gut that makes your measurement for this belt in the 40s. I'm 6'4, 247 and right now at around 12-14% body fat. My pants size is 36. I measured out for this belt at 38'. I bought the large and I use the second to smallest holes. I could have bought a medium and been almost to the end but I chose to have it a little big rather than a little small. This is not a 13mm powerlifting belt so don't expect professional specs, but I am not a competitive lifter nor will I ever be. This is a nice, sturdy 10mm belt that was a huge improvement over the basic, tapered Golds belt that I was using before. It did not require a break-in period but I did use a sanding block and some 150 grit paper to sand the edge off of the inside because it was sharp and digging in to me and leaving ugly bruises. The more I use it the easier it gets to get on an off (you may need a friend to help initially) and it appears to be sturdy. I'm very happy with it considering how inexpensive it is compared to pro level belts. If you need to step up from the beginner taper belt but are not committed enough (yet) to buy a $100+ pro belt this is an excellent in between. The only regret I have is that it's a 10mm. I can now see the benefit of a 13mm but I will still be using this for at least several years.

This has been an excellent lifting belt
This has been an excellent lifting belt. It feels very comfortable, and I feel very stable with it on. It sometimes takes a few seconds to get it into a comfortable position, as it is quite wide, but this isn't a problem. The double clasp is pretty easy to work with and very secure.I have been using it for about 7 months, and the only indication of wear is that the top layer of leather on one of the sides has peeled away from the lower layers a little bit. Due to the double stitching reinforcement, it is not in danger of getting any worse, and you probably wouldn't notice it if you weren't looking for it.As far as sizing goes, I have fluctuated between a 34" and 36" waist (normal pants) during the time I've had the belt. Note that your pants size will probably be different than the length of the belt, since you wear a lifting belt much higher up than a normal belt. That being said, at a 34" pants waist, I was at the tightest holes in this large belt. Now, at 36", I am at the second tightest loop. If you are gaining or losing weight, and your waist size is in the 32-36" range, you might want to hold off on your purchase until things stabilize, and you can figure out what size will fit you long term. If you want to buy this anyway, I'd go with the large, because you should be able to punch tighter holes in the belt with a leather punch as your waist shrinks. (I have not tried this.)Overall, this a great product, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.
