I bought this for my shop, my wife decided it was great for around the house. Had to buy another.
So now I have 2 of these lights. This light works great! Press the on button and it lights up a very broad area, press it again and it has a center light that shines on things far away and the broad area. Press it again and it lights up a smaller area but a long ways away.Very nice for around the house but very tough for working at the shop. Cleans up easily.Would recommend,.

Best way use for the light at night!

Excellent product
Love this light. I have a 6AH flexvolt battery I am using in this light. I have ran it at least 20 hours and I still have full bars on my battery. Light is very bright and the light patterns are excellent. Has flood, spot and both at the same time. Only thing I would have liked to have seen. I wish the light head would adjust farther down than it does. It will barely adjust passed horizontal. Wish it would turn down at least 30-45 degrees.

Cheap knockoff, don't waste your money
The media could not be loaded. This is NOT a DeWalt product, it's a cheap knockoff and its not worth it. I have had this light for about a year and used it one time for about 30 minutes. Went to use it today and it only has one mode, the flood light mode doesn't work. This light is supposed to have flood, spot and flood/spot combo. Its is poor quality, waste of money, poor performance, not durable at all.

Beware: Blindingly Bright Battery Vampire
This is third party product designed to work with a Dewalt battery. It’s not as refined a a Dewalt accessory. The light worked as described, and is blindingly bright.DON’T LEAVE YOUR DEWALT BATTERY PLUGGED IN. It drained my battery to the point that it won’t charge. It seems to lack a lithium battery protection circuit and it will kill your Dewalt battery. I saw another user note this recently - I was curious to see if it was just me. I as well, and I wish I’d seen their review earlier, I might have made different choices in purchasing or use. Buyer beware-it works better than my Dewalt handheld light, but exercise caution when using.

NO BATTERIES
I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE REASON THEY DON'T ADD BATTERIES TO THIS PRODUCT, NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE 15 MILES TO HOME DEPOT TO GET BATTERIES, I WILL ADMIT I DID NOT READ FAR ENOUGH ON THE DETAILS OR I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN ANOTHER PRODUCT.OTHERWISE IT'S A GREAT LIGHT FOR CLOSE IN WORKEB

Not bright at all at first than after a couple days slowly got super bright!
The quality is good but the brightness sucks at first. Now it's my favorite work light! Very bright, efficient, and lite!

Not really a DeWalt
Works great much brighter than most work lights. Not really a DeWalt but when used with real DeWalt batteries lasts a long time. Keep hand off lenses when in use… it hot, but bright! I also love the usb port for charging my phone on the job site as well.
