Poor Service and Unable to Get Refund
Pathetic Service by Wakefit. I had ordered wardrobe. I did not like the service and I returned the product. Since this is a self ship product I have dispatched it from.my side. Since past 2 days delivery partner is at their location which I have received in return notifications there is no wakefit godown available. Number provided in the return instructions is customer care number. I have been calling on that number since yesterday every time recorded msg comes stating you will receive call in 1 hour. Till now there is no call back. My refund is at stake. Looking at this experience I recommend noone should buy this product. Amazon team is also unable to help. Seller is not responding in message center msgs sent by me and Amazon team. I would have given -2 rating of there would have been any such option.

Really awesome purchase 😃 At the given price range the wardrobe is: 1. Sturdy - I picked up the packed parts when it arrived and they were very heavy, the touch and feel of the wood is robust, when I knock on the doors the sound is medium to heavy, neither too heavy not too light, overall it seems durable. 2. Great looks and finish- I really love the color and wood pattern, the finishing is perfect and looks simple but regal. Love it🥰 3. Super spacious - A good amount of stuff can be put inside it. I didn't have to use the loft yet, more than what I expected 👍 4. Nice wood smell - I personally liked the wooden smell the product has, nice to open the doors and have a whiff sometimes 😉 5. Undamaged product - I received the product in perfect shape.🙏 6. Very skilled delivery men and installation workers - skilled carpenters who picked the product to the first floor where I live and installed them within no time, I had less space to spare for the installation yet they managed just fine (fyi - installation needs some extra space while the carpenters are setting it up, after it's done then it's not required anymore so free some extra space before hand) I am very happy 😁 Thanks Wakefit, Keep it up🥰👍, Thanks Amazon!
