Bright and strong makes a fine gift
These preserved pieces of ginger are highly flavored, high quality that is just sweet enough without overload. Good for baking desserts or with cream (especially ice cream). The pretty jar also makes for a nice gift. 21 ounces is a good amount for the money.

These little nuggets of ginger in syrup are delicious on a cracker with Brie cheese. Do not store in refrigerator.

A pricy form of ginger and mot worth it for me
I never tried ginger in this form before. I purchase it for a Pumpkin Ginger Cake recipe. It made a nice ginger cake but considering the price I would use fresh ground ginger instead.

Yummy!
The ginger is great as is the liquid. Used in my green tea it was yummy. Also enjoyed in my soda water. The container is an absolute plus and a very nice kitchen storage container.
