I keep these at my desk at work... frequently throughout the day, I use them (particularly the 50 pounder) to do grip strength exercise; and I use the 30 and 40 pounders for stress relief and relaxation. These rings are for real... crank out 100 grips on the 50 lb ring four or five times during the day, and you'll feel it! Durable, and they stay clean.

Bought these as a stocking stuffed for my Collegiate athlete. He was skeptical at first because they’re pretty small but was pleasantly surprised that they were challenging. Great for hand and forearm strength building

Helped me regains strength in my forearms after a surgery. Easier to pack away and transport than a ball or putty.

I don't anyone who can't benefit from improved grip strength. I bought 2 boxes, to expedite the workout time. The green Rings are great to get started, especially when watch Cable. I've already graduated to the Yellow Rings, cuts down on how many reps you need. Have not tried the Orange Rings yet, they're tucked away, when I reach that level

I don't have giant hands or anything, but in comparison with other products of this type these seem mighty small. I had used some from GripPro before but couldn't find where to buy them anymore. I hoped these would be a good replacement. They are ok. I will still use them, but I will be on the hunt for a better replacement.

I’m not the type of person to use one of these in my free time. But when I’m at work, however, I find myself with with my hands empty. This item keeps my hands busy during work hours.The item as well made, it comes in incremental weights and is relatively inexpensive.I also don’t see it breaking or tearing anytime soon
