Provides interface for 4 standard loop start CO trunks, includes power failure transfer circuit for 1 line, equipped with (2) 8 conductor interface jacks, can only be installed on 084M, 080E, or 008E cards, maximum 1 daughter board per 084M, 080E or 008E card, maximum of 3 can be added to each KSU (main and expansion), maximum 9 can be added per system.
