Psyllium Husk Capsule Fiber Supplement

Another great product from Dr Bo! I take this twice a day, before bed and then around lunch time and they have worked quite well. No bloating, stomach pain, just an nice easy movement. I would recommend these as a daily supplement to help stay regular!

I've used many different brands of this product and I find this at the top of the list for what you get, the quality and the value. Our digestive systems benefit from psyllium husk but quality is very important. Dr Bo has obviously taken his knowledge of his product line to encourage people to take proper care of their systems. It's common knowledge that our quality of the foods we use are far from wholesome and natural. Keeping ourselves in balance is more critical now than ever before. I'm in my 60's so I need to rely on supplements daily. I like the quality of the products that Dr Bo offers, at reasonable prices.

I have constipation issues due to the medications I take. I have been using Dr Bo's Psyllium Husk Capsule Fiber Supplement since 2/2. I had been using Magic Fiber Capsules, but they had been discontinued. I went to Dr Bo's help chat and was recommended Psyllium Husk as a replacement. Within a few days after beginning to take 2 capsules every morning and 2 before bedtime, with water. After eating my regular breakfast, yogurt with granola and dark chocolate covered raisins and 1 or 2 waffles, I was headed to the bathroom within 15 - 30 minutes. My bowl movement was comfortably easy and of recommended form. No rock hard ball clusters, no hard pushing and exhausting painful straining, (embarrassing 30+ minutes on the toilet, stressing out that your husband or daughters coming into the bathroom), no maneuvering to get it out, and no more finding a way to sit while waiting for it to move down enough for round 2 or 3 or... All I had to do was get to the toilet, relax, and allow it to smoothly come out. No stink. No floating. N stress, pain, or sick exhaustion. Most effective when drinking 2 quarts+ of water per day.

Needed something to help with an older dog and the vet said to use something like this. The capsules are easy to take apart and spread on the dog food.

Have been taking for 2 months with every meal and havent noticed a single difference in appetite, fullness, or bowle habbits. Not sure if its the right fiber for me

For over a year I had been having significant irregularity with my stool. Running from one end of the spectrum (loose) to rock hard pellets. I thought there was something seriously wrong (IBS, Crohn’s disease or even cancer). I eventually consulted with a Gastroenterologist. After listening to my symptoms and an examination, he said two words “MORE FIBER”. I followed his advice, turning to Amazon, and found the Dr Bo product. Perfect quantity of fiber in each pill, no artificial ingredients, and a reasonable price. Miraculously within about two weeks my regularity had returned. An excellent product 👍🏻.

I take 2 capsules every day as a way to incorporate more fiber in my diet. I don't always eat much fruit or vegetables as a single bachelor my diet isn't the best!! These help with constipation issues also. Please drink plenty of water with these and throughout the day. Excellent product. I also will have this in my cabinet!!
